We will have law enforcement officers on site to handle official security needs—but in addition to that, we are building a volunteer Security Team to help maintain a safe, peaceful, and welcoming environment throughout the event. You do not need law enforcement experience to serve. If you are observant, calm under pressure, and have a heart to serve, you're qualified. That said, we gladly welcome those with military, law enforcement, or security backgrounds to be part of the team. This may include:
Monitoring key areas like entrances, stage access points, and walkways
Assisting with crowd flow and maintaining order during high-traffic times
Identifying and reporting any concerns to your team lead or law enforcement
Supporting the overall safety and smooth flow of the event through a steady presence
-
As part of the Rides & Attractions Team, you’ll help create a fun, safe, and family-friendly atmosphere in the activity zone! From bounce houses to games, face painting, and other attractions, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and that families feel welcomed and cared for. This may include:
Supervising bounce houses and attractions to ensure safety and proper use
Helping manage lines and crowd flow at games and activity stations
Engaging with games from the stage with participation, setup and cleanup
Engaging with kids and families in a friendly, helpful way
-
The Registration Team is the friendly first stop for both volunteers and attendees. You'll help set the tone by welcoming guests, checking people in, and making sure they have the info they need to enjoy the event with confidence. This may include:
Volunteer Check-In: Greeting volunteers, confirming schedules, and distributing badges or wristbands
Attendee Registration: Assisting guests with checking tickets, registering on-site, and navigating entry
Info & Instructions: Explaining how raffle tickets work and answering general festival questions
Directional Help: Pointing people to key areas like seating, restrooms, and special zones

As part of the Prayer Team, you will meet with individuals after they’ve connected with a Salvation Counselor and completed their follow-up. This is a crucial moment to go deeper, as many are encountering the presence of God for the first time. This may include:
Pray over new believers with love, boldness, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit
Minister deliverance, healing, and freedom as the Spirit leads
Speak life, identity, and hope into their hearts as they begin their walk with Jesus
Break off fear, shame, addiction, or oppression through Spirit-led prayer
Create a safe, peaceful space for them to experience God’s love and power
-
The Baptism Team helps support and celebrate one of the most powerful moments of the event—when individuals publicly declare their committment to Jesus. You’ll assist with the logistics, help create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere, and serve as a point of connection for next steps. This may include:
